Obit assumed Montgomery paper no date Gassett-Hudman Wetumpka Smith, Madora Lancaster, 85 and a resident of 602 Tallassee St., Wetumpka, died Tuesday, June 29, 1982 in Montgomery hospital. Funeral services will be Thursday July 1, 1982 at 3:00 p.m. from First United Methodist Church of Wetumpka with Rev. Jerry M. Dooling officiating. Burial in Wetumpka City Cemetery with Gassett-Hudman Funeral Home directing. Survivors include one son, Dr. William Smith, Montgomery; two daughters, Sarabeth Lokey, Madora S. Walker, both of Wetumpka; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. Active pallbearers will be Dr. Forrest L. Little, Henry Speer, Ed Speer, Billy Schroeder, William B Goodwyn, Jr., Gerry Ingram, E.C. Weldon, Jr., Kendall Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be O. M. Bratton, Thomas P. Stowe, William M. Thomas, William B. Reneau, Dr. H.H. Hutchinson. Visitation will be from Gassett-Hudman Funeral Home from 10 a.m.-12 noon. The family request in lieu of flowers, donation may be made to one's favorite charity.
