Obituary Joseph J. Moudry BRASHER FALLS – a Mass of Resurrection for Joseph J. Moudry, 77, of Brasher Falls, will be held Saturday at noon at St. Patrick's Church in Brasher Falls. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Mr. Moudry died Thursday afternoon (Dec. 10, 1998) at his home. He is survived by two brothers-in-law, Vincent Clouse of Olivia, Minn. and Earl and Joan Jenkinson of Dickinson; two sisters-in-law, Kenneth and Elaine Baldwin of Massena and Mrs. Mary Jenkinson of Hopkinton; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn on June 13, 1993; four brothers, Raymond, Roman, Stanley and George; and one sister, Ceceilia Clouse. Mr. Moudry was born Oct. 19, 1921 in Olivia, Minn., the son of Joseph and Rose Dworshak Moudry. He attended school in Olivia. He married Evelyn A. Jenkinson April 24, 1945 at St. Elishia Church in Olivia, with the Rev. Pomiji presiding. He worked for the Land of Lakes Company in Minnesota. He was a salesman for the Malone Brewery Co. and Carroll Monette of Schaefer Beer Dist., Inc. in Malone. He was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
