Bio

Son of Hugh and Dorothy(Kovar) Bartlett. He graduated from David City High School and spent his entire life in David City. Bill did landscaping work, helped at Sabata Farms and did odd jobs as a handyman in David City. He is survived by his uncle and aunt, Gilbert and Lucy Kovar, Jackson, NJ, cousins;Jennifer Reed and her husband Kyle Schmidt, Linden NJ, Kimberly(Rick) Allorto, Flemington, NJ, Mary Ellen(Howard) McLaughlin, Hazlet, NJ, Gregory(Kim) Kovar, Hazlet, NJ, William(Helen) Kovar, Cherry Hill, NJ, Kathy(Jeff) Hoefler, Jackson, NJ, his best friend, Ron(Brenda) Shipley of David City and many friends. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy in 2000 and his father, Hugh in 2007.
