Arizona Birth Certificate The Prescott Daily Courier, Prescott, AZ Saturday, June 12, 2010 Ruth M. Martin, 90, passed away peacefully in her home in Prescott, Ariz., on Thursday, June 10, 2010. She was born in Franklin, Ariz., to Curt and Laura Moyers on July 19, 1919. She is survived by her son, Charles "Chuck" R. Martin and Beverly Bowen; six grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and cherished family friends. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, James Archie Martin; her daughter, Claudia Gayle Shultz; her brothers, Louis Moyers and Norman Gale; and her sisters, Ida Carrell and Lorraine Warley . Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 19, 2010, at Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern Ave. in Tempe. Burial will follow at East Resthaven Park Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern Ave. in Phoenix.
