Graveside service for Carmon Milford, 100, of Hallsville at Corinth Cemetery in Timpson TX. Carmon went to be with the Lord in the early afternoon of September 16, 2015 surrounded by her family. Carmon was born in Tenaha TX to loving parents Amos and Beulah Risinger on July 31, 1915. She married the love of her life, Claudis Milford, on July 18, 1936. Carmon was a beloved seamstress, mother, and grandmother. She loved cooking, gardening, sewing, and hats; affectionately becoming known as the Hat Lady by her friends and family. Carmon was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Beulah; her husband of 79 years, Claudis Milford; 2 infant sons; 1 infant grandson; sisters, Ethel Hendricks, Della Risinger, and Esther Milford; brothers, Bowden Risinger, and M.B. Risinger. Those left to cherish Carmon's memory include her daughter, Linnie Crump and husband Billie; granddaughter LeAnna Crump Echols and husband Michael Ray.
