Bio

According to 1900 census he was in Pickett County, Tennesse In 1910 he's living at home with John and Louisa Thompkins(Parents) in Jackson, Comanche County, Oklahoma. 1918 he registered for the WWI Draft in Cotton County listing employment in Devol, Oklahoma. 1930 he was in Taft, Kern County, California . In 1940 he was living with a brother W. H. Tompkins in Haskell County, Texas. In 1942 he registered for WWII in Haskell Oklhaoma. Above information provided by Ash Montagu.
