Funeral services for Tom Darilek of witting were held Wednesday morning, last week, with interment in the St. Mary's Catholic cemetery. Rev. Psencik officiating. The funeral was held under the direction of Oehl Undertaking Company. The pallbearers were: Emil Darilek, Adolph Darilek, Eddie Darilek, Louis Buzek, Victor Buzek and Brank Buzek. Mr. Darilek passed away at his home near Witting Monday, May 6, at the age of 84 years, 7 months and 18 days. He was born in Europe, but came to Texas at an early age. He was married to Miss Marie Vinklarek and resided at Old Moulton, Novohrad and for many years at Witting. Mrs. Darilek preceded him in death 8 years ago. He is survived by one son, Tom Darilek Jr.; one daughter, Mrs. Frank Buzek of Komensky; one brother, Jim Darilek of Praha; and a large number of relatives. The Eagle extends sympathy.
