Bio

Vencel Michna was born on September 18, 1817. In 1846 he married Marianne Holub. To this union was born: Marianne, Johanna, Clara, Josef, Rudolf, and Vencel. He immigrated to America aboard the Jeverland, leaving the port of Bremen on September 14, 1860 and arriving in Galveston on November 18, 1860 with his wife and children: Marianne, Johanna, Clara and Josef. Vencel passed away on October 20, 1915 at the age of 98. *** Wenzel was actually born 6 April 1819 in Rychaltice.
