Informant: Joe F. Roznovsky, Shiner, Tex. Rt. 3. Physician certified attended from June 5, 1927 to July 11, 1927. Cause of Death: nephritis, and myocarditis for 6 months. Pathological test confirmed diagnosis. signed W. Boyle, Jr. MD. Burial in Shiner Catholic Cemetery on July 12, 1927 by G.W. Eachenburg, Shiner Texas. Local Registrar on July 15, 1927.
