Victoria Advocate, April 4, 2000 FRANCES ANNA BOLECH SHINER —Frances Anna Bolech, 93, of Shiner, died Monday, April 3, 2000. She was born Oct. 30, 1906, in Henkhaus Community, to the late Joseph and Anna Balajka Veselka. She was a homemaker and a Catholic. She was a member of C.D.A. Society and KJZT. Survivors: son, Ben C. Bolech Sr. of Victoria; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by: husband, Charles Frank Bolech; parents; sisters, Mary Beran, Christina Krametbauer, Helen Hoepfl and Lillie Roznovsky; brothers, Charles Veselka, Joseph Veselka, William Veselka and Jerry Veselka. A rosary will be recited 7:30 p.m. tonight at Buffington Funeral Home chapel. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, the Rev. Gerry Cernoch officiating. Burial will be at Catholic Cemetery. Buffington Funeral Home, Shiner, (361) 594-3352. Memorials: donor's choice.
