Bio

Houston Chronicle 11 Jan 1982 Eugene Berger, of Houston, formerly of Shiner, passed away in the Memorial City General Hospital January 10, 1982. He was 39 years old. Employed by the General Welding Company of Houston. Funeral services are pending at the Buffington Funeral Home in Shiner. In lieu of usual rememberances the family suggests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society. Interment in the Shiner Catholic Cemetery. Survivors: Wife, Joan Henkhaus Berger; one son, Mike, and three daughters, Lisa, Lara, and Tina Berger, all of Houston; mother, Mrs. Fred Berger, of Shiner; two brothers, Denis and Ernest Berger, both of Shiner.
