Fort Worth Star-Telegram (TX) - December 28, 1992 Deceased Name: Joy Webber Joy Webber of Perrin, a homemaker, died Saturday at a Willow Park nursing home. She was 70. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Springtown Funeral Home in Springtown. Burial will be in Springtown Cemetery. White's Funeral Home in Mineral Wells is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Webber was born in Oklahoma and lived in Perrin most of her married life. Survivors: Husband, Robert Webber of Perrin; and brother, Vance Bailey of Longview.
