Harold Ward Anderson was born to Arthur and Mary Kimball Anderson at Ansley, December 18, 1905 and passed away at his home in Scottsbluff, at the age of 62 years, 5 months and 13 days. He spent his childhood in that area and graduated from Ansley High School in 1925. On February 2, 1928, he was united in marriage to Anna Louise Rosentreader. To this union were born 1 daughter, Dorothy Maxine and son Melvin Dwayne Anderson. Most of his life was engaged in farming, moving to Scottsbluff in 1955 where he was employed with the Mobil Company the past seven years. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Anna; dayghter, Dorothy Maxine Montanye of Comstock, son, Melvin Dwayne Anderson of Kearney; three grandchildren; and five brothers, Leo and Bernard of Arcadia, David of Dunagan, Missouri, Leonard of Broken Bow, and Merlin of Ansley. His parents and twin grandsons preceded him in death. He will be greatly missed by other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 5 1968 at 2 pm at the First Baptist Church in Ansley with the Reverend Donald Brooks officiating. Internment in Ansley Cemetery Pallbearers are: Walter Anderson, Ralph Scott, Dick Gehrt, Ed Wolf, Larry Samp, and Ray Hoblyn.
