Bio
Eldest son of William and Jesse Woodward. He attended school at Finchville and Callaway. He asked Christ into his life as a young man in the Christian Church in Callaway. He was united in marriage to Alice Hutchens March 22, 1931 at Stapleton. To this union was born Stanley Gene, Barbara Alice and Stella Elaine. He was Preceded in death by his parents, two sons who died in infancy, and one brother, Virgil. He leaves to mourn his wife Alice, son Stanley and wife Racine of Broken Bow, Barbara and husband Lawrence Ehlers of Gothenburg, Elaine and husband H.Lee Jones of Broken Bow. Grandchildren; Bryon, Mark, Jeff and Jason Woodward, Darwin, Donna and Daniel Ehlers and Avril Jones. Three brothers Bruce & Marshall of Callaway and Gordon of Sidney; one sister, Mrs. Isabell King of Mulvane, Kansas and a host of friends.
