Herald & Review 6/21/1921 David Massey died in his home in Niantic Monday of old age, heart trouble being the direct cause. He was born in Ohio and was 80 years of age and a veteran of the civil war. The members of his family are his children,Mrs. D.W. Shipman,Decatur,Mrs.Sarah Proise,Ducktail,Neb.Mrs.Flora Weaver,Carbondale,Theodore ,Decatur. Funeral services will be at Dawsons with burial in Greenwood cemetery.
