Bio

James wasthe son of James S. and Sarah Turner Spencer. He first married Olga Strauss. She died 31 Jan 1901. They were the parents of two children: Taylor and Bertha who married Oral Krewson. In 1903 he married Bertha Gibbs. They were the parents of three children: Frank who married Gladys Davis, Elsie who married Esco Davis, and Glen.
