DRAGERTON, Carbon County- Clarence E. Clements, 68, Dragerton, died March 17 in a Price hospital after a long illness. Born Jan 9, 1900, Colorado Springs, Colo., to William and Annie Gange Putman. Adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Clements. Married Etholyn Finley, April 17, 1920, Ogden. Veteran WW I. Member Carbon Lodge 1 F&AM, El Kalah Shrine, Price Elks 1550. Former commander American Legion Post 15 Carbon Last Squad Club. Survivors: widow; son, daughter, Bill, Kearns; Mrs. Earl (Elaine) Smith, Salt Lake City; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Albert, Dragerton; Henry Putman, Salt Lake City; half-brother, Sterling Putman, California. Funeral Wednesday 1 p.m., Price Masonic Temple. Friends call Mitchell Funeral Home, Price, Tuesday, at Temple Wednesday one hour prior to services.
