Pauline Blaylock Wade Pauline "Polly" Blaylock Wade, 86, of Eupora, died Friday, May 14, 2010, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora. Visitation was Sunday, May 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at National Funeral Home. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Monday, May 17, at Red Hill Church of Christ in the Red Hill Community. Burial will follow in Red Hill Church Cemetery. Polly was born on July 16, 1923, in Potts Camp to John Robert Tuberville and Ida Hughes. When able, she attended the Calhoun City Church of Christ. She was retired from Heatcraft as a coil assembler. Polly was preceded in death by her first husband, Leslie Blaylock Sr.; her parents, John Robert and Ida Tuberville; two brothers, James Vardaman "Sport" Tuberville and Wilford "Spunk" Tuberville; a granddaughter, Meredith Brown; and a son Charles Ray Blaylock. Survivors include her husband, James Wade of Bentley, Miss., three daughters, Joan Freely of Grenada, Ida Lee Horton of Brandon and Betty Whitt of Calhoun City; two sons, Leslie Blaylock Jr. of Tishomingo, Miss., and Jerry Blaylock of Brandon; one sister, Eva Davis of Jackson; a half sister, Bobbie Jean Hall of Collierville, Tenn.; two brothers, J.R. Tuberville of Brandon and Richard Tuberville of Liberty, Miss; 12 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren. Bro. Dan Beardin will be officiating the services. Carl Blaylock, Eddie Blaylock, Sam T. Fowler, Hart Chamblee, L.C. Pyles and Barney Wade will serve as pallbearers. Polly's family wants to thank Dr. Ozborn and his staff at North Mississippi Medical Center and the staff at Golden Living Center of Eupora for loving and caring for her for seven months. She was cared for in a very professional and loving manner. Each of you hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for all your support. National Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
