Bio

Alma B. Tennison, 81, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 9, 2010. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Alma was born April 13, 1929, in Smithfield to Lucy and Ike Autrey. She loved her family and always did her best in caring for them. Survivors: Husband, Johnny Tennison; sons, Jary Tennison and wife, Ann, and Lynn Tennison and wife, Barbara; sister, Nell Hale and husband, George; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
