Jesse L. Hendren Moberly Monitor-Index and Evening Democrat newspaper Moberly, Randolph, MO Thursday January 29 1970 page 7 column 1 Jesse L. Hendren, 78, of 307 East McKinsey, died at 4:40 a.m. today in Community Hospital, where he had been a patient for one week. Born in Randolph County, Mr. Hendren was a son of Andrew J. and Elizabeth Kanatzar Hendren. He had resided in Moberly for 28 years and before that he lived in Higbee. Mr. Hendren was a farmer and an employee of the Katy Railroad. He was a member of Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife Temperance; six daughter, Mrs. Lavern Baldwin and Mrs. Harris Delaney, Holliday; Mrs. Richard Griffith, Kansas City; Mrs. Bernice Riley, Mrs. Paul Hillen and Mrs. Eugene Bolles, Moberly; two sons Jim, Kansas City, and John, Moberly; two brothers, Willie, Moberly, and Cecil, Macon; 23 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
