MARY AGNES (MIMI) PEDERSON, 95, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 24, 2010, surrounded by her loved ones. Mary was born on December 17, 1914, in Engle, Texas to Agnes and Frank Bednarek and married Arthur Pederson on October 14, 1946. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, and her brother, Col. Frank Bednarek. Mary is survived by her sons; Robert and wife, Leann, and their children, Jason and Shannon; Paul and wife, Susan, and their children, Mary K. (Katie) and Kristina; her sister, Isabel Kemp; nieces and nephews, Sis. Mary E. Bednarek, Jane Torell, Tomcek Bednarek, Gen. J.M. Bednarek, Carol Moraski, James Kemp, Bruce Kemp, Janet Danner and their families, and so many more who loved their "Mimi" and "Grandma Pederson". The family wishes to thank all of the wonderful people at Hearthstone Assisted Living Center that also loved and cared for Mary up to her last precious breath. The family will receive friends at 1pm Wednesday, April 28th in the chapel of Waltrip Funeral Directors where the funeral services will begin at 3pm. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
