Bio

Emma Clementine Fowler married Thomas Rufus Billingsley in 1892 at Grandview, Texas. Mrs. Tom Billingsley died at her home after a lingering illness of dropsy. Graveside services were officiated by Rev. McDonald of Caddo. Mrs. Billingsley was a Baptist and highly respected citizen of Young County. Survived by her husband; one girl; one boy - Clyde Coleman Billingsley. Contributed by Dorman Holub
