BABES BURNED TO DEATH Children Perish While Parents Were at Evening Service Provo, Utah - Three children were burned to death in bed Sunday night when fire destroyed the Riding home on Provo bench. Two escaped in their night clothes. The fire is believed to have started from a kerosene lamp. Mr. and Mrs. Christian Riding were at evening services in the Grand view ward chapel when their home burned. Shortly after 9 o'clock they returned to where their home had been there to be confronted by the horror of desolation that the flames had wrought. Published in the Richfield Reaper 1915-03-25 Children were Lucille, Alma and Thirza.
