Louis Fritz Meyer married Louise Lilie Miller on October 26,1899.Children born to this marriage (that are not linked) are: Alfred Meyer Mrs.Ben R. Smith 12 Grandchildren 29 Great-Grandchildren 1 Great-Great Grandchild Louis Fritz Meyer spent the early years of his life in farming.Later he worked for the Southern Pacific railroad and also did bridge work for the company.He also did carpenter work and painting. Mr.Meyer passed away Thursday in Colonial Rest home,where he had been a patient for almost 4 years. Funeral services for Louis Fritz Meyer,94,were held at Untermeyer Funeral Home Friday at 3:00 p.m. Walter Allen Brown of Columbus Church of Christ officiated. Pallbearers were grandsons Alfred Meyer Jr.,Herbert Lee Meyer,Clyde Smith,Jimmy Smith,Byron Miller and a great-grandson Glenn Wayne Holub.
