Saint Jo Tribune Newspaper, July 4, 1941, Saint Jo, Montague, Texas, Nuber 4, Volume 44 Funeral services for Nancy Jane Kuykendall, 71, were conducted Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the First Methodist Church of Forestburg with Rev. George Mitchell officiating. Interment of the Hardy Cemetery was in charge of Scott Brothers. Mrs. Kuykendall, native of Missouri, was born Jan. 19, 1870. She moved to Texas as a young girl, and has been in Montague County more than 60 years. Death occured Friday noon at the home, four miles east of Forestburg. Survivors are the husband, S. Kuykendall, eight daughters, four sons and two brothers. Pallbearers were J. A. Griffin, C. l. Edwards, Luther Denham, Ben Gibson, N. C. Gilley, and Walter Kuykendall. Flower girls were: Mrs. Ethel Harris, Mrs. Hollie Berry, Mrs. Euilie Steadham, Mrs. Ann Kuykendall, Noami Perryman, Fern Kuykendall, Willie Mae Kuykendall, and Mrs. Dick Griffin. Funeral service arrangements were under the direction of Scott Bros. Surviving children are as follows: Lee and W. G. of Forestburg, Mrs. Zetta Barclay of Memphis, Mrs. Eunice Griffin of Forestburg, Mrs. Maggie Denham of Quanah, Mrs. Bernice Gilley of Littlefield, Mrs. Korene Edwards of Fort Worth, Mrs. Eltha Gibson of Quanah, Mrs. Odessa Nowel of Fort Worth, Lynn and Hearn of Forestburg. Two brothers also survive, Elbert Harrison, Dallas and O. D. Harrison of Rush Springs, Okla. Daughter of Nimrad Harrison and Susan (Harris) Harrison
