Bio

McClain-William Jessie McClain, 89, of 936 West Temple, died at his home Wednesday morning. He had lived in Houston six years. Survivors are two daughters. Mrs. C J Layton and Mrs L C Palmer, both of Houston, a sister, Mrs J H Carver of Rome, Ga., two grand-children, and two great grandchildren. Funeral services at 1 pm Thursday in the Fogle-West Chapel. Burial in Forest Park Cemetery. Pallbearers: R K Owens, Sr., A T Geatjen, Jr, G A Dickson, J L Jacobs, C B Smith and George Meinhardt. Fogle-West Company.
