Mrs. Mayo is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Louise Mayo of Winnsboro; daughter and son-in-law, Frances and Charles Underwood of Sulphur Springs; brother, Ray Steed of Bath, PA; sister, Verna Phillips of Amarillo; two grandchildren, Tammy Underwood, Tony Underwood and by four great grandchildren.
