GUYMON, Okla. - Esther Irene Simmons, 83, died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1999. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in the Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Leon Lothman of the Living Word Fellowship officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. today in Hedley Cemetery at Hedley, Texas. Mrs. Simmons was born in Gould and moved to Guymon in 1989 from Clarendon, Texas. She graduated from Gould High School in 1934. She was a homemaker, a Baptist church member and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She married Othell Simmons in 1944 at Clovis, N.M. He died in 1984. Survivors include a son, George Simmons of Waco, Texas; a daughter, Sue Keenan of Guymon; a sister, Letha Messenger of Brownfield; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
