Bio
Son of Henry and Helen (Gunchick) Konwinski. He married Patricia Carlson at Fullerton on Nov. 23, 1957. She preceded him in death on March 21, 1999. Survivors of the immediate family include four sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Diane Konwinski of Lincoln, David and Kelly Konwinski of Fullerton, Russell and Pati Konwinski of Marcus, Iowa, and Allen and Tamara Konwinski of Marquette; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathleen and Donald Voichahoske of Fullerton and Kristina and Wayne Willenborg of Omaha; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Duane Stuart of Central City; and his special friend, Jayme Grella of Columbus. He attended the Red Top School. He and Patricia lived east of Fullerton, where he farmed until 2001. He also did over-the-road trucking for Christensen Cattle Co. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. He enjoyed polka music and traveling Nebraska. He was also preceded in death by his parents and three grandchildren, Daniel, Craig and Jessica.
