STEPHENVILLE, TX -- Blanche Elaine Russell, 81, of Stephenville, died Monday, March 8, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Weldon Branham officiating. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. Friday at Liberty Grove Cemetery near West. Blanche was born January 23, 1929 in Stephenville to the late Virgil and Neva Gilbreath Pylant. She married Clovis Russell in 1974, and he preceded her in death July 3, 2008. Blanche was a homemaker, a member of the Baptist Church, and had lived most of her life in Stephenville. Survivors include two sons, Warren Russell and Neil Russell both of Houston; daughter-in-law, Pattie Russell of Pflugerville; five grandchildren, Aaron and wife Kelly Russell of Burnsville, NC, Forrest and wife Vikki Russell of Kirbyville, Brook and husband Kyle Reppond of Montgomery, Paul Russell of Austin, and Christine and husband Coby Jennings of Clyde; 10 great-grandchildren, Luke and Patrick Russell and Xavier Baez of Burnsville, NC, Jakeb and Katie Russell of Kirbyville, Heather, Hope, and Halleigh Reppond of Montgomery, and Hannah and Andrew Jennings of Clyde; and a brother, Charles Pylant of Mineral Wells.
