The Register-Guard Eugene, Lane County, Oregon Wednesday, March 10, 2010 Larry Vinyard SPRINGFIELD — The graveside funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, March 12, at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Eugene for Larry A. Vinyard of Springfield, who died March 6 following a heart attack. He was 68. A celebration of life will be held at 4:30 p.m. Friday at the family home. He was born July 24, 1941, in Drain to Sam and Bernice Ferguson Vinyard. He married Pamela Caldwall on Sept. 12, 1964, in Cottage Grove. He graduated from Drain High School in 1959 and attended Eugene Tech. He worked as a diesel mechanic and supervisor for Papé Heavy Equipment. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Daren of Cottage Grove and Kenneth of Creswell; a daughter, Gerri Vinyard of Eugene; and four grandchildren.
