George DeWitt Holden, M, of 504 Ridge Top Road, Richmond, chief of the financial assistance division of the Richmond regional office of the Small Business Administration, died yesterday. During World War II he served in the United States Army Finance Department, Upon his discharge he was connected with the trust department of the American Security and Trust Co. in Washington. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sarah DuVal Holden, a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Berryman of Dayton, Ohio; two sons, Lt. James Holden of Ozark, Ala., and Dr. R. Glenn Holden of Petersburg; a stepdaughter, Mrs. William Goode of Havre de Grace, Md. and a sister, Mrs, Roy Clem of Granite, OkJa. Funeral services wili be held at 10 a. m. Monday at Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home, Richmond. Burial will be at 3 p. m. (EDT) in Arlington N a t i o n a l Cemetery.
