Dene Crawford passed from this life Monday, April 30, 2007 at the Hospice House in Odessa. He was born October 21, 1937 in Mosheim, TX. He was a retired oilfield electrician. Survivors include his sons: Ricky Dean Crawford of Odessa and Steven Wesley Crawford of Abilene; four daughters: Cynthia Jo Crawford, Kelly Lea Garcia, and Summer Laneice Crawford, all of Abilene and Debbie Kay Townley of Houston; one brother: Don Crawford of Kermit; one sister: Nellie Bea Douglas of Oregon; 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at Acres West Funeral Chapel with Brother John Lyons officiating. A graveside service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, May 3, 2007 at Hope Cemetery in Henrietta, TX with Pastor Scott Townley officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel of West Odessa.
