Bio

LeRoy A. Niles VALE — LeRoy A. Niles, 84, of Vale, died Tuesday at Falls City, Wash., while visiting with a daughter, Mrs. Grace Johnson. He was born at Quimby, Iowa, March 18, 1875. He had resided at Vale, route 2 for the past 22 years. His wife, Mrs. Lucy Niles, died March 20, 1959. In addition to his daughter at Falls City, Mr. Niles is survived by two more daughters, Mrs. Lottie Kriss of Comstock, Neb.; and Mrs. Edna Bisher of Vale; one sister, Mrs. Myrtle Corell of Burwell, Neb.; and 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. from Beechler's in Vale with the Rev. J. Maynard Norvell officiating. Interment will be at Valley View.
