Daughter of Isaac Morris Jones [1819-1906] & Elizabeth (Williams 1828-1886) Jones. Granddaughter of: - David & Lucretia "Elizabeth" (Morris) Jones - John & Mary Ann (Partee/Purtee) Williams "Meda" was the tenth of eleven children. (5 Sons/6 Daus) She was born and raised on her parents Homestead Farm - Forest Twp, Vernon, (formerly Badax Co.) WI. Meda's younger sister, Jennie Alta (Jones) married Edward G. Carson. Jennie & Edward remained in WI all their lives. Their son, David Carson & his wife Charlotte (Markee) joined his Carson relatives in a move to Lane Co., Oregon.
