S/O Elmer & Willie Browning Milstead; md 16 May 1920 Robertson Co, TX to Esper Marie Crisp. When Haskell registered for the WWI Draft, his registration showed he was a member of Co. H 8th Regt. Infantry, National Guard of Texas. His physical characteristics were brown eyes, black hair, medium tall, slender. He served in the Merchant Marines.
