Bio

Services for Wanda M. Clark Duggan, 69, Jacksonville, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville. Burial will be in Frankston City Cemetery. Ms. Duggan died Feb. 2, 2010. She was born Nov. 20, 1940, in Long Lake to George and Vera Clark. Survivors include daughters, Cheryl Duggan-Cruz and Dawn "Penny" Hilton; sisters, Mavis Gregg, Sylvia Whisenant and Neda "Katy" McRight; and six grandchildren. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
