Bio

Arlo's first wife was probably Elsie Banker (1894-1980), daughter of Lewis and Lela, buried in Litchfield Cem. Curiously, there is no 1920 Census for either Arlo or Elsie. In 1930, Elsie is divorced and living with her parents and Arlo is newly married to Mary. Elsie married second, 1934, LeRoy Rice (147302518) and is not buried in his cemetery.
