Isaac is the son of William and Lucinda Keys Middlesworth. He married Amanda Wilhoite. Civil War info: Enlisted as a Private on 12 December 1861, at Byron, MI. at the age of 18. Enlisted in Company F, 1st Cavalry Lancers Regiment Michigan on 27 Dec 1861. Mustered Out Company F, 1st Cavalry Lancers Regiment Michigan on 20 Mar 1862 at Detroit, MI.
