Bio
Anita was the daughter of Elvis Lunsford "Mike" and Mable Day Gilmore. Her parents are buried in Roselawn Park. She graduated from Elkhart High School and Lon Morris Junior College. She was a member of Fields Chapel United Methodist Church. She shares a stone with her husband, Edd Voygle Killion, who she married 9 December 1949. She was residing in Palestine, TX at the time of her death 2 January 2004 in a local hospital. She was survived by two daughters, Tina Joy Killion Bartz of Jacksonville and Tami Jill Killion of Palestine; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Her obituary was published in the Palestine Herald-Press, Monday, 5 January 2004.
