Bio
Florence Irene, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Howard, died Thursday, April, after a brief illness. The little one only brightened the home for a few short weeks, being weak from the time the time of her birth, March 17. The funeral took place Friday afternoon from the Madison Square school where a large concourse of friends gathered to pay their tribute to the little sufferer and cover the tiny casket with flowers. Rev. Johnson, of Taylor, delivered a sermon of consolation. The pall bearers were four school mates of Mrs. Howard. Miss Leila Carter, Myrtle Alexander, Carlota Clark and Ruth Hall. Interment was made in the Madison Square cemetery. The community unite in extending heartfelt sympathy to the parents in this their first bereavement, remembering that although we can not discern His purposes, "God doeth all things well."
