Mabel Knight Kozlovsky, 84, lived in Guilford College, N.C for over 70 years. She was a descendent of the earliest Quaker colonists who immigrated to Massachusetts and Pennsylvania and later settled in North Carolina with other Quakers in the 1750s. She married her pen pal sweetheart when he returned from Germany after World War II, April 12, 1946, at St. Benedict' s Catholic Church in Greensboro, N.C. They lived in Guilford County for over 50 years before moving to Florida. Preceding her in death were her parents, Mabel Yates Knight and L.S. Knight, and son-in law, Darrell Taylor. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Daniel A. Kozlovsky; daughter, Martha Lynn Taylor; sons, Daniel Kozlovsky Jr. and his wife, Brenda Adkins, David Kozlovsky and his wife Mary Michele Bennett; grandsons, Wayne Taylor, Joe Taylor and Dan Kozlovsky III; grand-daughters, Tammy Lynn Whitehead, Laura M. Kozlovsky, Sarah J. Kozlovsky, Jennifer G. Kozlovsky, Danielle C. Kozlovsky and Jessica L. Kozlovsky; great-grand-sons, Chris Taylor and Joe Taylor and Bryson Whitehead; great-grand-daughters, Courtney Kozlovsky, Hayley Kozlovsky and Ianna Taylor; sister, Edna Holland; and two aunts, Ethel Robinson and Elizabeth Nelson. Inurnment at New Garden Cemetery, Guilford College, N.C.
