Bio

James Jackson "JJ" Anderson 95 of Batson died Sunday January 3, 2010 at the Methodist Hospital in Houston Texas. He had lived in Batson most of his life and was a U.S. Airforce WWII veteran, and had worked as a warehouse man for Gemco. He is survived by Niece Eleanor White of Houston, Great nephew Darren and Leanne White of Dallas, Great nephews Joshua, Isabelle, and James Jackson, and nephew Reagan and wife Betty Sirmons of Houston. Internment will be held January 9, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Guedry cemetery in Batson. with Rev. Jerry Dubose of Good Shepherd Baptist Church of Silsbee Officiating. Following the interment a Service of celebration will be held for family and friends at 12:00 P.M. at the Batson Prairie Baptist Church also of Batson. Services are under the care of Faith & Family Funeral Services of Batson, TX.
