Bio

He was the son of Charles Wesley and Martha T. "Mattie" Biggs Horn. His father is buried in Wear Cemetery in Rhea Mills in Collin Co, TX, and his mother is in Horn Cemetery in McKinney, TX. He was residing on Palestine, TX at the time of his death 19 March 1966 in a local hospital. He shares a stone with his wife, Helen Fink Horn.
