Bio

Paul Dean, son of James and Nora Dean, was born June 3, 1904 in: Oklahoma and departed this life November 5, 1986 in St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield, Mo. at the age of 82 years, five months, and two days.Paul was married to the late Gladys Hagler and had been a life long resident of the area. Paul was a member of the Elsey Baptist Church. Survivors include: three sons, Desmond of Lincoln, Nebraska, Jimmy of Wichita, Kansas, and Carl of Elsey, Missouri; three sisters. Fern Burk of Aurora, Missouri, Freida Rice ,of Littlefield, Texas and Pauline Coones of Crane, Missouri, also surviving are seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.Services were held Friday, November 7, at 10 a.m. in Elsey Baptist Church. Burial was in Crane Community Cemetery under the direction of Manlove Stumpff Funeral Home.
