WWII - US Army. Daily Oklahoman, The (Oklahoma City, OK) - Tuesday, March 17, 1998 THIERY Donald Joseph, went to be with the Lord, March 14, 1998. Donald was born February 17, 1927 to Walter and Essie Thiery in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Putnam City in 1945. He then entered into the U.S. Army. He proudly served his country during WW II. Donald was employed with Wilson Foods for 41 years. He is survived by his wife, Wanda, of 52 years; daughter, Donna and Robert Yarbrough of Yukon; son, Donald and Leslie Thiery of Edmond; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
