Per TX Death Cert. V.O. "Bill" Adkins was born April 14, 1910, Texas to Cloda L. Adkins and Stella Johnson. He died March 21, 1969, Pecos, Reeves Co TX; burial in Mount Evergreen Cemetery, Pecos TX on March 22, 1969. Informant was wife, Hazel Adkins. He was the father of six children: Alton, Richard, Jack, Clifford, Martha Cherry, and Sandra Hartman.
