Saratoga Sun September 6, 1900 Obituary Mrs. W. A. Ralston, who has been sick at the Geis hotel the past four weeks with typhoid fever, died Saturday evening and the funeral was held Monday afternoon, Rev. Robinson officiating. She leaves a husband and five children to mourn the loss of a kind wife and mother. The arm upon which she leaned as she crossed the mountains of suffering sustained her as she passed through the valley of the shadow. "Then fell on her lovely spirit A hush, ah, so wonderful sweet. And she has crossed over the river To rest at her masters' feet." Mr. and Mrs. Ralston came in from Colorado in June and have been up in the tie camp.
