Fannie was the daughter of Theodoria Frances (Stephenson) and William Elbridge Garrett. Fannie married Joe Lambertson on 23 Dec. 1923 in DeWitt Co.Tx. They had one son. On 31 Jan 1979 Fannie Eula married Arthur Green Cooper in DeWitt County, Texas.
