Bio
Marie Theresa Gola, 92, of Granger and long time resident of Taylor died Monday, Nov. 30, 2009 in a Round Rock Hospital. She was born in Taylor, the daughter of Joseph and Julia (Sindelar) Ruzicka on Feb. 15, 1917. On Nov. 17, 1937 she married Louis Gola. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, Jerome, Marcel and Joe Ruzicka and one sister Julie Baran. Marie spent 30+ years working for Taylor Bedding on the production line. Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy Kaderka and husband Raymond of Austin; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Condra Funeral Home. The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, at 2 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Taylor with Msgr. Lonnie Urban officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Marcel Ruzicka, Jimmy Kaderka, Richard Youngbloom, Richard Thomas, Tommy Morgan and Matt Hartgrove. Arrangements by Condra Funeral Home in Taylor. Cause of death: Alzheimer's disease.
